I took a half day break moving my truck up to our next Mass stop, St. Matthias, just north of New Fane. The Knight of Columbus from Campbellsport came out to grill some brats and burgers and once again the hospitality of the Kights was a tremendous help.
We walked the next 12 miles to Braton / West Bend where we were greeted by the Knight there with a wonderful meal of beans rice and cornbread. We were able to stay in the church basement where the next morning, John, one of the Knight’s in the area made us a wonderful breakfast.
